Harvest's End: A Pairing Dinner

About this event

We’ll be celebrating the end of the 2026 harvest by hosting some great friends – celebrated Utica-based Chef Tim Hardiman ( Hardiman Hospitality ) and owner Garret Miller of Finger Lakes Cider House – for a special dinner paired with wine AND cider at the stylish Winegarden dining room.

Enjoy three delicious, creative courses featuring locally-sourced and seasonal ingredients, each paired with a wine from Silver Thread and a cider from the Cider House. The winemaker, cidermaker, and chef will be on hand to explain and guide you through the courses and pairings.
