- ➤ In January, Tompkins County homes were listed at a median price of $349,000 — down 9.1% from December’s $384,000 and 22.2% lower than last January’s $448,500, according to data. Homes had a median size of 1,810 sqft at $215 per sqft. Ithaca Journal
