- ➤ City officials said that property management at the Asteri Ithaca apartment building has not yet vacated residents or fixed unsafe stairwells — leaving tenants at risk. - ➤ City officials say Asteri Ithaca residents have not yet left the building despite a mandatory vacate order issued March 4 after fire code violations were found.
