- ➤ Students filled the Assembly room on Thursday to debate two resolutions that challenge Cornell Tech’s tie with Technion—one calls for ending the partnership while the other criticizes events featuring controversial speakers. - ➤ A polar vortex split is predicted to bring Arctic air and brutal cold later this month, with temperatures dropping 15 to 25 degrees below normal and nighttime lows falling into the single digits in New York — experts forecast a second cold push in late March to early April. Ithaca Journal
