- ➤ Tompkins County Office for the Aging, FoodNet Meals on Wheels and Cayuga Health are expanding senior dining services by opening a new space at Cayuga Health’s Ithaca Mall. The program — providing nutritious meals and a venue to combat isolation — will help more seniors dine together. WENY
