Elliot, 42, on Friday, April 11, after a foot chase near the Ithaca Commons when he fled officers over an open container charge and recovered a loaded gun and drugs during the arrest, and he was treated for injuries at Cayuga Medical Center before being processed in court and taken to Tompkins County Jail on $30,000 bail/$60,000 bond.
