- ➤ On April 18, a daylong symposium titled Archives in Transit: TodoSomos and the Venezuelan Migration Crisis will present handwritten testimonies of Venezuelan migrants at the A. D. White House—organized by Cornell’s LACS Program and featuring Cornell Library experts, representatives from Ithaca Welcomes Refugees, and Venezuelan artists and scholars. A selection of notebooks from 25 ledgers collected in Colombia will be on display to share rare insights into the struggles of nearly 8 million displaced individuals. Cornell Chronicle

- ➤ At Cornell, four candidates are running to be the next Student Assembly Executive Vice President for the 2025—2026 academic year, and voting opened April 14 and will run until April 21 at noon. Lucca Caregnato withdrew from the race on April 13. The Cornell Daily Sun
- ➤ At least six Cornell international students had their visas revoked by the State Department, according to data from We Are Higher Ed—an action that is part of a national trend affecting over 1,000 students by April 14.
