- ➤ The City of Ithaca closed the 500 block of Thurston Avenue (between Wyckoff and Wait near Cornell’s north campus) today for asphalt repair, with work expected to finish Friday, May 1. Officials advise drivers to use Waite Ave to bypass the area. 14850
