- ➤ Downtown Ithaca Alliance and the City of Ithaca today announced the re-launch of the Ithaca Retail Mini-Grant Program to help small, street-level businesses recover from COVID using grants for marketing, storefront upgrades, and cross-promotion projects. - ➤ Tompkins County received state approval to take apart three old downtown buildings to build a new government center near North Tioga Street and East Buffalo Street.
