- ➤ Ithaca City School District said a payroll issue delayed some staff’s direct deposits and offered paper checks for those who had not received their pay by instructing employees to email the payroll office by noon Sunday and pick up checks between 1 and 3 p.m.—the district warned that duplicate payments from later direct deposits will be resolved with affected staff. 14850
