- ➤ State Police arrested 38-year-old Kimberly Makinster—charged with felony reckless endangerment, controlled substance possession and misdemeanors—and 43-year-old Bridget Kelly—charged with controlled substance possession and misdemeanors—after a Thursday evening pursuit on East State Street ended for public safety when officers found the unoccupied vehicle on Haller Boulevard. 607 News Now
