- ➤ Ithaca Police reported that 55-year-old Jennifer L Barker was reported missing on July 10 and was last seen in town about three weeks ago—authorities continue to investigate her disappearance. Ithaca.com
ENVIRONMENT NEWS
- ➤ Heavy rain caused flash flooding in Tioga and Broome counties on Sunday night—roads in Newark Valley were flooded and Newark Valley High School served as a shelter while Owego Church of the Nazarene opened a meeting point for displaced residents. Emergency officials urged people to avoid driving through flooded roads as state agencies stand by to help local responders. WSKG
