- ➤ Ithaca Police and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration are investigating an accidental death after a worker was fatally injured shortly after 11 a.m. Monday at a construction site on Cayuga Park Lane — the victim was treated on site and later taken to Cayuga Medical Center. 607 News Now
- ➤ Ithaca police said a man died after a nail gun accidentally injured his chest at an active construction site on the 400 block of Cayuga Park Lane Monday morning around 11 a.m.—OSHA and local authorities are investigating the incident. The Ithaca Voice
