- ➤ Ithaca Police and the Occupational Health and Safety Administration are investigating an accidental death after a worker was fatally injured shortly after 11 a.m. Monday at a construction site on Cayuga Park Lane — the victim was treated on site and later taken to Cayuga Medical Center. 607 News Now
