Eligible farm employers can now apply for a refundable tax credit for overtime wages since Jan.
1, as announced on Aug. 3 by the Department of Agriculture and Markets. Farmers must secure a year-end certificate from Jan. 1 to Feb. 1, 2027 + submit applications by Sept. 30.
