Erasing Waste: What Do We Do With All The Stuff?

About this event

With New York State landfill capacity shrinking and disposal costs on the rise, Tompkins County is building on decades of investment in waste reduction. During this webinar, TCRMM staff will explore how local leaders laid the groundwork for today's recycling and diversion programs, how materials move through the recycling system, and what residents can do to reduce waste through everyday choices. The webinar will highlight practical solutions, local programs, and opportunities for community participation in creating a more sustainable future.
