Please join the Center for Faculty Excellence (CFE) for a wellness outing and guided tour of Namgyal Monastery and its Library and Learning Center on Thursday, November 5, at 3 p.m. ------------------------------------MEETUP LOCATION UPDATE: We'll meet at 3 p.m by the PRW Building Entrance, to arrange carpools.------------------------------------Diana Dimitrova, coordinator of Mindful IC, and Ngawang Dhondup, administrator of Namgyal Monastery, will lead us through the central shrine room, the Library and Learning Center, and spaces for reflection, including the prayer wheel and walking meditation path. ------------------------------------Tea, snacks, and time for questions will be provided.
